2 3 Quality: We strive to ensure the quality and accuracy of Orders and delivery services. However, we do not guarantee the quality of food or beverages provided by Merchants.

3 Payments

3 1 Pricing: Prices for food items and delivery services are determined by Merchants and may vary. All prices displayed on the Platform are subject to change without notice.

3 2 Payment Methods: Payment for Orders may be made through various payment methods accepted on the Platform. By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

3 3 Refunds: Refunds for Orders are subject to the refund policy of the respective Merchant. We are not responsible for issuing refunds for Orders.

4 User Conduct

4 1 Prohibited Activities: You agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

• Violating any applicable laws or regulations;
• Interfering with the operation of the Platform;
• Impersonating any person or entity;
• Harassing or harming other users;
